Hugs, Hugs, Hugs!
Hello everybody!
Today I practiced the challenge: "Hug the first 5 people you see!".
It was not so simple, and I executed it at lunch time with a couple first and with three people talking then. At the end of the 5th hugh I saw all those people smiling, and a woman was waiting in queue for her turn!
Awesome! I felt a boost of happiness, that I hope has been spread in those people's friends and colleagues too!
Sorry for the poor english but I'm an italian speaker,
