Office Smiles
Hi Everyone! I work in an office with about 100 employees. I just printed off 12 of the SMILE cards. I put them on 12 desks when there was no one there. I watched over the next few hours as the cards made their way around the office. Lots of giggling as people were trying to put them on desks without other people seeing them. Funny and smiles grew! Thank you for making this possible.

Kindness Even On My Special Day
It was my birthday yesterday and instead of making myself something that I like to eat, I had something that is my husband's favorite food waiting for him after he got home from work. (It was something that I don't even eat-being vegan).

Kindness Is For Everyone & Everything
I was studying for my Positive Physcology certificate today & realized I had not done an act of kindness for anyone. All be it, I was alone. I decide to share a kind act with my pets. I took them on a beautiful walk & to the beach. Kindness is not only for humans, right?
