Five Boxes Bursting With Kindness

I had put together 5 different boxes and placed an advert in a local online website saying that I had a FREE box of items that I wanted to give away containing new and used items!   I also added if the replies could tell me why they were in need and then I could figure out what items would be of help!  I really thought I would have hundreds of emails but the one that stuck out the most was an elderly lady who was having a really hard time she had had a stroke, was battleing cancer, had lost her her husband and also lost her 25 year old cat ... and she might be losing her condo because she had no money!  I met her and in handing her what seemed to be just not enough ...I wanted to do more! Keeping The Kindness Going

I wanted to post an update since my last story of giving out 5 boxes of new and used items to 5 families in need (by placing an add in our local classified section) and then on Christmas eve, taking 6 fully loaded turkey dinners to people on our downtown streets! We recently found out a about a family that had lost their home to fire just before Christmas.  My mother is selling her house and hads lots of things she doesn't need.  She had them come by to get as many items of furniture as they needed, and I (having two girls with more toys than they need) put a box together for the little girl and boy (I had a few things from when I had a little guy in my care last year).  My mom told me the little girl was so happy fwith a stuffed bunny that we had put in ... Trying To Help A Stranger Make A Wish Come True

Ive found another site to help also... and found a couple that wants to get married before their child goes in for surgery and well really need help with a few things such as the cash for the Justice of the Peace and a wedding dress!

I decided to take a look on ebay and found a dress that is not quite wedding but looked real nice and emailed her the link! I told her to send me her address and if I am able to win the dress (since it is an auction) I would send it to her! She couldnt believe it and thanked me over and over!

Here's hoping I win the dress for her and that she finds another Angel to help with the JP as it is $75.00 for that! At least it will be a start to her wish coming true!
